At HYDRAVA ELECTROLYTES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
